Only Uluru and the Great Barrier Reef are finalists in the New 7 Wonders of Nature poll, but here's Australia's top 10

Two months of public voting remain in the quest to find the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Of 259 nominations from 222 countries, only 28 finalists remain.

The two Australian natural wonder finalists, the Great Barrier Reef and Uluru, compete against sites around the world including the Grand Canyon, Amazon Rainforest and Table Mountain.

One billion votes from around the world will be collated when voting closes on November 11.

No initiative, no product knowledge, lazy.

These are the common perceptions of Singapore's customer service industry, in restaurants, shops or even the local kopitiam. So much so, the government recently announced its S$84 million investment in a customer-centric initiative.

But this bad reputation is a little unfair, say reality TV show "Can You Serve?" judges Neeta Lachmandas and host Anita Kapoor.

We ask them to tell us more.
